I specialize in listing the Valencia County area as well as the Torrance and Socorro County areas. My goal when listing is to listen to the client and work with them on pricing and marketing. I want to price the listing right the first time and market it fully. This means that I provide the professional pictures and virtual tour as well as mailers/postcards to promote the property! I also enjoy working with buyers! I have taken great strides to be able to say that I specialize in First Time Homebuyers.
