Amy has to be the best realtor we have dealt with! She is very personable, responsive, and highly knowledgeable about the Myrtle Beach area. She cares about her clients and is also honest about the downsides of certain properties. (For instance, Amy informed us that an oceanfront condo complex was having ongoing litigation that could potentially raise HOA fees. We would not have known otherwise!) I highly recommend her and would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I had always dreamed of retiring at the coast of South Carolina and God honored that as He led us to just the right person He would use to make that dream come true! I cannot say enough good things about Amy Randall! My wife and I met Amy through a listing we found in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. We called Amy one afternoon requesting to see the property and she met us there within the hour! Unfortunately that particular property didn't suit our needs, however, Amy very thoroughly and very professionally asked a series of question that we would have never thought of as she worked to put together a profile of exactly what we were seeking in a second home that would later become our retirement home. Over the following six months Amy worked tirelessly, and patiently, to locate a property fitted to our criteria.
