1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

4. Work with a real estate agent: A good real estate agent can help you find homes that meet your needs and budget. They can also negotiate with sellers on your behalf and guide you through the home-buying process.

2. Price your home competitively: Research the market and price your home competitively. A home that's priced too high will turn off buyers, while one that's priced too low may leave money on the table.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have experience working with both seasoned home buyers and sellers, as well as those who are new to the market. I have successfully listed several luxury homes, which presented a unique set of challenges that I confidently overcame. As a specialist in working with new home construction buyers, I have also served as a listing agent for builders on multiple occasions. Additionally, I have established long-term relationships with many investors who rely on me to assist them in purchasing properties for the purpose of holding, leasing, and/or flipping.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my recent successes involved the sale of a property in need of extensive repairs. The seller, Mark, chose me after interviewing several local agents. I believe Mark selected me because he knew that I would not rush the process for personal gain. Despite the home being in rough condition, it held sentimental value for Mark and deserved proper representation. We initially listed the property in February, and after accepting a decent offer, the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and the buyer asked for an astronomical reduction in price. I did not agree to the reduction and advised Mark to temporarily take the home off the market. Though he was hesitant, Mark trusted my professional judgement. I cannot explain how, but I knew the perfect time to relist the home. Within three days, we received over a dozen offers for no less than the asking price, ultimately selling the home for $20k more than the initial offer. Mark was thrilled with the result and left a positive review of my services.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
At the recommendation of my parents, I ventured into the world of real estate as they believed it would be a suitable career path for me. Their confidence in my abilities stemmed from their recent experience with an agent who sold their house. I took their advice and have since found great success in the industry. I have no regrets and am grateful for their guidance.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I hold a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Dallas Baptist University, which has provided me with a solid foundation for my career in real estate. Additionally, I have earned three esteemed national accreditations: Buyer Representative Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. These accreditations have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide my clients with exceptional service and representation.
