1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get pre approved. A mortgage pre-approval allows you to make an offer with confidence and shows that you're a serious buyer with the means to purchase a seller's home. Many real estate agents won't even allow homebuyers to tour their listing if the buyers don't show up with a pre-approval letter from a reputable mortgage lender.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Storage is something every buyer is looking for and can never have enough of. Take half the stuff out of your closets then neatly organize what’s left in there. Buyers will snoop, so be sure to keep all your closets and cabinets clean and tidy.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of clients. Recently I have worked with first time home buyers, relocation, foreclosure, and sellers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am found of one transaction is particular. I helped someone get their home on the market to sell. I helped clean, declutter, and prepare the home. Then I was able to bring the seller a buyer and work both sides. The buyer was a single mom. We completed this transaction without a lender and did owner financing.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate after leaving teaching. I thought my skills I used to teach would benefit me in real estate .For example, organization, communication, listening, and understanding. And I was right! I closed 16 transactions my first year.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I work with a team and I have a transaction coordinator to make everything as smooth as possible.
