How do you sell a house when you live 500 miles away during a global pandemic? Just call Amy Petrone. I live in Maine and it was time to put our family house on the market, which our parents had owned for 50+ years. It was clear that I needed a broker that was willing to put in a little extra time and help. While I could travel back and forth to clean out the house, I needed help finding movers, cleaners, plumbers, painters, etc. in order to get the house ready to sell. Amy was able to refer me to excellent people. She and her team were a huge help through the entire process. They would check on the work being done and send pictures. Another plus was that the photographer/ videographer did an excellent job. Amy managed the entire sales process for us. She is a great communicator and can do person. Amy was nothing short of amazing. We were relocating and unfamiliar with our new city. She gave us a personalized tour of the area and got us in to see multiple houses that same day, one of which was off market. She even gave us a ride to the airport afterwards! When we ended up putting an offer in on the off market home, she had great advice and negotiating skills. Our offer was accepted within day and she seamlessly coordinately a remote closing. While in escrow, Amy also kindly referred us to contractors and painters and met them at the home while I FaceTimed her to discuss our plans. She and her team then checked on our house once a week until we moved in six month later!
