The listing agent, Amy May was not present for the sell of my home. This resulted in my home being placed under contract by a buyers agent, that did not disclose that the buyer, had never been physically inside the property. My property was off the market for 3 weeks, only for the buyer to back out, due to an overzealous and unreasonable inspection report. Amy May had no knowledge of what was going on. She did not seek information, ask questions or conduct the process as you would imagine a sellers agent would. I would not recommend her to sell anyones home, who expects an active sellers agent, that will be present, negotiate( for you) and actually work for the commission recieved. Very disappointing.
