Amy went above and beyond by staging the property and working with local businesses to install carpeting, Amy picked out paint colors and did us a huge service by painting the interior herself. We live 5 hours from the property so it was a tremendous help to have Amy handle all the work. Amy kept us informed even through a few tough decisions. Highly recommend Amy.

Working with Amy was an amazing experience from start to end. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while we were in the process of making a difficult selling decision. Do you want someone who's willing to go over all of the options with you and be transparent about the pros and cons of pricing and marketing strategies? 2. Do you want someone who's willing to be flexible and understanding while you're working on buying/selling a house? (one of the most stressful events of your private life) 3. Do you want someone who's going to clearly communicate with you every step of the way? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then Amy is the realtor for you. She held conferences with us to go over pricing, marketing, and success strategies before we ever made a firm decision to work with her. She helped coordinate (or did coordinate) yard workers, repair people, and inspections. She showed up the day of our move with extra boxes when we ran out. On top of all of that in the middle of the process, she had a medical issue, and continued working hard to make sure we were taken care of during her recovery. Amy is nothing short of a miracle disguised as a realtor. Highly recommend.
