Working with Amy was an amazing experience from start to end. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while we were in the process of making a difficult selling decision. She held conferences with us to go over pricing, marketing, and success strategies before we ever made a firm decision to work with her. She helped coordinate (or did coordinate) yard workers, repair people, and inspections. She showed up the day of our move with extra boxes when we ran out. On top of all of that in the middle of the process, she had a medical issue, and continued working hard to make sure we were taken care of during her recovery. Amy is nothing short of a miracle disguised as a realtor. Highly recommend.

Amy is the absolute best! She was extremely thorough and so quick to get answers to questions she didnt already have an answer to. She put up with so many late evening and weekend texts with kindness and efficiency. Right from the start she was so informative and mapped out how everything would go step by step. The photos she had taken were amazing and truly made our place shine! Once the home was listed she would check in with us, give insights on the market and gave recommendations based on what we wanted at the time. Once offers came in, she expertly navigated multiple offers/counteroffers and kept us well informed and offered her thoughts and recommendations as well since this was our first time selling a home. She would even swing by and check everything was doing ok at the property as we lived across the country for a period of time during the closing process. She reached out and vetted a realtor in the state we were moving to who was also the best!
