I was referred to Stephanie through a mortgage broker that I had selected. She immediately responded to all my emails and helped me to quickly narrow my focus so as not to be so overwhelmed. As a first home buyer, I had a lot of questions and was generally uncomfortable with the whole process which I knew so little about. We met the first time at Starbucks and I felt like I was sitting with an old friend. I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Stephanie is a great conversationalist so it was really easy to tell her what we were looking for, personal things about my family, and what was important to me. She is a great listener!One of my favorite things about Stephanie is that she is so patient! We looked at some homes, maybe 4-5 times. First with me, then the kids would join, then my dad, then my mom - and never once did Stephanie make me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She has a great eye for catching things and bringing up aspects of features of a house that did not occur to me. I told her where I was comfortable financially, and she never introduced something outside of that range. I would look at a bunch of homes in one area and then pick something totally different - a townhouse or the other side of town, she never seemed to be frustrated. She was available for any type of question during the entire process. And when I decided to make an offer - we met on Saturday morning and it was exciting. She held my hand through the whole process, kept every promise, negotiated fairly, and provided guidance when things did not go as plan. And it all worked out. If it had not been for the confidence Stephanie had in me, I am not sure that I could have done it. Stephanie is an amazing real estate agent. But she is also an incredible person. I also appreciate her strong ties to our community. I feel like i have genuinely made a new friend.
