I initially purchased a condo in Toscana at Desert Ridge back in 2006. Turned out to be a great rental property so I purchased a second condo in 2012 for rental purposes. In 2016 Amy Koch got ahold of me to see if I had an interest in selling the properties. The market was soft back then .....fast forward to 2021 and Amy had stayed in touch keeping me up to date on current market conditions. The decision was made to sell both properties and the obvious choice to provide realestate services was Amy Koch. She was so organized and had the first one sold for the highest price in the building for that floor model. Everything went perfectly. Then we put the second one up for sale and Amy worked extremely hard with showings and taking care of all the minor details.
