I am living out of state and had saved her postcard I received when I was living at the Toscana and I am so glad I did. I reached out to her to see if she would assist me with the sell of my condo that was a rental. She was so helpful and recommended what needed to be done to prepare to sell the condo. She was able to coordinate the cleaning and maintenance that needed to be done while I was out of state. I received A+ service from Amy throughout the entire process of selling my condo. She is so patient, an incredibly hard worker, easy to get a hold of and responsive. I would highly recommended her to anyone and would most definitely use her if I moved back to Arizona. ZillowVERIFIEDI initially purchased a condo in Toscana at Desert Ridge back in 2006. Turned out to be a great rental property so I purchased a second condo in 2012 for rental purposes. In 2016 Amy Koch got ahold of me to see if I had an interest in selling the properties. The market was soft back then .....fast forward to 2021 and Amy had stayed in touch keeping me up to date on current market conditions. The decision was made to sell both properties and the obvious choice to provide realestate services was Amy Koch. She was so organized and had the first one sold for the highest price in the building for that floor model. Everything went perfectly. Then we put the second one up for sale and Amy worked extremely hard with showings and taking care of all the minor details. Then got the call that it sold again for the highest price for that floor model. Closed it in record time. I cant say enough about Amy. She is a Real professional.
