Moved from out of state to the local area in March of 2021. Amy knew the local areas and helped steer us to available homes, similar to our current home. Her knowledge and experience helped us understand local home prices, preferred school districts, and state laws. She helped us skillfully negotiate with the buyers agent and we closed on our new home without any hiccups! Additionally, after closing, her recommended contractor list was helpful getting the interior painted before we moved into our new home.
