Or, if not solve, then at least makes you aware of would could happen so you have a game plan in place if it does. She's highly responsive to texts, emails, phone calls, etc. and is supportive throughout the home-buying process. In my case, as I was moving from out of state during COVID, I was not able to view the property in person. Amy did an amazing job of showing me everything during a "virtual showing" and answering all my questions. I've been in my new place for 2 full days and I LOVE it!
