I highly recommend having an agent represent you building a new home in this market. Amy & Matt were so helpful start to finish. Originally I was interested in a townhome community where further review showed the floor plans were realistically too narrow - there was no model built yet - our measurements revealed living / dining furniture would be tricky. Then we landed on a Mobley community just breaking ground. Amy pointed out pros and cons for a variety of lots which was beneficial since there were no houses completed for reference. She advised me on balancing needs versus wants at the Design Center for future resale. Amy & Matt's construction site visits and inspector recommendations were also fantastic. There's a lot more that goes into building a home than one might expect looking at floor plans. Thanks again for keeping me focused and my house on schedule as much as possible with Covid material delays. While not general contractors, you guys have a contractor's eye!
