She helped me each step of the way, from finding people to repair the house, to explaining each step in the sales process, to getting people to see the house. It didn't take long to find a buyer. The house needed a bunch of repairs, and I could only do it remotely because Amy was there making sure things happened in a timely way. She had suggestions on who could do the repairs, and made sure the people could access the house. She is very organized and makes sure that the process is moving. She did a great job getting a good price for the house. I'm glad she was negotiating on my side.
