Amy Garris was a GODSEND in my life. I contacted her when I decided to move 500 miles away & she helped me find & purchase the PERFECT home for my family. She paid close attention to all my needs & consistently provided options the moment they became available, according to all my demanding specifications. I drove her crazy, but she never missed a beat. She was ALWAYS available to answer her phone; to put my mind & anxiety at ease; and she was a WEALTH of information, not only about the local towns she works in & has lived in all her life, but she also provided invaluable knowledge about surrounding areas, recreation, special utility benefit rates for my disabled husband & I AND she even went out of her way to find us local handymen AFTER we purchased our home to help us get settled in, have our new appliances installed, etc. I am still in contact with her several months after we moved into our new home and I call her the Unicorn of Real Estate because she is truly Magical at what she is able to do. She is beyond kind & professional. She is brilliant & able to work with ANYONE, including my ridiculous, obnoxious family who also drove her crazy. She gave us a welcome home card when we moved in and we just received a wonderful Christmas Card from her. I cannot recommend this realtor highly enough to anyone looking for help purchasing a home. The one & only time Amy was unable to leave town & assist us with looking at additional homes when we decided we wanted to see more on a whim, she actually set us up with a different realtor on the spot to take us out on those tours & was willing to give up her own commission to accommodate our needs. You do not find that sort of dedication to customer service or meeting client needs easily. Amy Garris is an angel on Earth. You will be so grateful you reached out to her. I spoke to a dozen other realtors on Zillow who were disinterested & some were downright rude. They laughed at our price range & weren't interested in serving someone who lived so far away due to all the logistical difficulties. Amy always seemed more than happy to take on our many challenges & rose to the occasion over & over again. She is responsible for making all our dreams come true. We are now living in the home of our dreams and Amy was even able to help us negotiate it for 10g less than asking cost. She is our Hero and we owe all our newfound joy & peace to her. We never could've done or coordinated any of this without her. Her sweet demeanor & 'get it done"/"no problem" attitude are THE REASON we are living our dreams right now. God bless you, Amy!!!
