The market is crazy and you might think that makes things easier for an agent on the selling side of a real estate transaction, but I think it's much harder! She worked with us to get the home ready to list - including staging and amazing photos - and then helped us sift through the offers, calling lenders to confirm offer strength on all the offers we received. Our buyers threw us a curveball a week prior to closing and she went to bat for us and got it all straightened out. Her and her team's communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, as well. We moved out of the area and I'm sad we won't be able to utilize her talents in the future.
