Beginning with our interviewing Amy (and, separately, two other realtors) to decide whom to engage, Amy displayed an incredibly detailed understanding of the market, how it has changed recently, and how our house sale was likely to proceed. Her predictions of what we would likely experience proved to be 100% correct, especially in the details where she differed from the other realtors. Though we accepted a cash offer, she had to handle negotiations over the initial price and then the cost of addressing issues identified during the home inspection. Her advice, which sometimes differed from our inclination, was incredibly effective. We needed to close very quickly, which put significant stress on her, and she, and her team, managed every aspect of what turned out to be a somewhat complicated transaction. Shes a consummate professional, personable, and a terrific communicator.
