When you find "The one", make an offer based on what the property is worth to YOU. Hopefully it is priced right and the value is similar to what the seller priced the property at, if not, either way, you won't over pay!

Price your property correctly the first time if you want it to sell. Most buyers these days are very savvy and they will most likely know what the market value of the property is before they make their offer. Your listing agent can market your property to the moon and back but if it is priced too high, it will not sell.

I have worked with everyone from extremely wealthy coal tycoons to teachers, retirees, and new home buyers! One of the many reasons I love this business is that I get to meet all types of people from all over the world in every walk of life. It's fun!
