Wendy is a phenomenal Realtor to work with! I stumbled upon her at a random open house and after about 5 minutes of conversating, she new exactly what I was looking for in a house. As a first-time home owner I was very worried about the process of buying a house because I had heard so many overwhelming stories. Wendy made the process pretty much hassle free!! With all of her experience, dedication, and determination, I was able to close on my first house in about a month! It seemed as though she never stopped working due to how on top of things she was. She has many connections with amazing and dedicated people just like herself. It has been about a month now since I have moved in and she still reaches out to see how things are going and I have been able to reach out to her with any questions! Rosa was an absolute joy to work with! The Spring 2021 markt is insane but Rosa helped us stay positive in a very rough home-buying climate. She made thoughtful suggestions for working through the process and encouraged us to try different ways to stand out in a very competitive market.
