I've had the pleasure of working with Dylan across two purchases, one sale, and a few rental agreements and I wouldn't turn anywhere else.I can't speak highly enough of his responsiveness, ability to work around my schedule, and my needs. My last transaction involved what would have been long treks across the state, but was able to handle fully remote as he helped take care of repairs for the sale, meeting the tradesmen and making sure everything completed up to satisfaction for my buyer without needing me on site. He's always willing to come to me when needed be that for things as simple as picking up keys or ensuring forms are handed off. He's available when I need and always goes the extra step.I also never feel pressured when working with Dylan, as a buyer. When talking price points, timing, and love of a property, Dylan always put me first and never tries to close the wrong deal. My wife and I were considering our first home together timed around the time we had our first newborn, and were on the market for a place both before and after the birth. But Dylan didn't rush us. He helped us back out of a couple places that were clearly over priced and ended up on market for some time, and didn't pressure us when we ended up returning to our search months later when it was a better time for us.During both selling and buying processes, he's always well organized and keeps me informed of what's next and coming and never makes me feel like I'm unclear in the last mile.I also enjoy the community and events his team extend to their clients, the Carlisle Group, extending invitations out for local outings. It helps stay connected to the market and helps my wife and I meet others in similar real estate positions, letting us get some other opinions on how we should be treating properties in our portfolio.All in all, while I hope not to be back on the housing market for awhile, I can't image going to anyone other than Dylan when I do.

The education we received through Emily as a first time home buyer is unmatched. We have since sent our friends to her after hearing they just weren't getting the same level of help and education from their realtors.Then when we were ready to move out of the city, Emily helped us to list our condo with everything from making recommendations of what we should update, when and how to list it and determining which offer to select. Our condo sold so fast for a price we never could have imagined and Emily made sure that the terms of the sale worked for us and our purchase timeline. Emily spent the time coming out to the various suburb towns with us even when we weren't ready to purchase yet so that she could learn what we liked and didn't like. She always made the time, listened and helped us to process our thoughts. When we finally found the house, Emily put in the time to get to know the selling realtor, helped us craft the right offer and then when our offer was accepted she navigated all of the contracts, sale of furniture by owners etc. And put us in touch with a fabulous attorney, mortgage broker, inspector and more. We felt so comfortable and trusted our entire team put together by Emily. I will continue to use her for future transactions and recommend her to friends.
