We connected with her very early on in the process and she helped us clear our thoughts on what we actually wanted in a home. She met with us in-person to help us feel more comfortable about the homebuying process and working with her. She was very responsive via emails, phone calls as well as text messaging. As we got into the process, she introduced us to lenders, insurance agents, attorneys, and anyone else that should be part of the closing team. We shopped around for rates a lot and realized her contacts provided the very best rates and quotes. We went with her choices for the entire closing team and it turned out great. It really helped that everyone on the team knew Mandi and had a great relationship and communication with her. Mandi nudged us in the right direction when we needed a push (thank you Mandi!!). She negotiated well with the sellers and worked long and extra hours to make sure our offers were submitted ASAP. She ran comps on nearby recently sold homes to make sure our offers were competitive - this gave us peace of mind that we were not going above the standard in the area (this is something not every agent does, so it was really great). She worked very well with the seller's agent (who spoke very highly of Mandi whenever we spoke with her) which was a great bonus in making sure the seller kept their promises. She got us a wonderful closing gift, which was unexpected and very thoughtful. She has been great at helping us out with minor issues after the closing as well. Overall, we loved working with Mandi and cannot recommend her enough. We have built a great relationship and will definitely make use of her expertise with our future needs.
