Amy was great! Came out immediately when we found a house we wanted to see. She was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
This is the second home that I have purchased with Amy Blind's help. She is always available for questions, responds very quickly, and goes out of her way to make it as easy as possible for you to see the homes that you would like. She even would help quite a bit on weekends and very last minute. Amy has been able to give me good, honest advice when we visit homes that might need more work than I was anticipating, or might not be in the right school district that I am looking for. She has made the home buying process pretty much stress free, especially in terms of working on my schedule and assisting me with getting inspections completed. She has been great to work with, and I am sure I will work with her again in the future!
Went over and above what I would expect from a realtor I am in Florida, my renters moved from the home for sale and Amy cleaned the entire home. There were issues with a clear title to the property and she called my lawyer and resolved the issues. This was an extremely hard sale as the property had originally been a home and business and a bigger unit than normal. She never gave up promoting the property. Highly likely to recommend Amy Blind.
