Ray did a great job for us during our home search! As out-of-state buyers, it was a more difficult process than normal, and Ray went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. He quickly learned our preferences and was willing to accommodate our schedule to see all the listings we wanted to in a short amount of time. He even did a video walk through of a home when we couldnt make it to the area in time! His communication is fast and responsive, his knowledge of the area and home construction in so valuable, and his ability to negotiate at the end of the process made the entire process smooth and easy. We have lived in Waddell over 16 years, and when it came time to selling our home, in the end, it was a NO BRAINER when it came to using Amy Barnet as our realtor.
