Any and David Bales worked with us to sell and buy a new home at the same time and as anyone know it can be very stressful to do either ,but The Bales team made both process the most stress free easiest thing for my husband and I. My parents passed away and we listed their home with Amy and David Bales. They were so awesome to work with. Very sensitive to our feelings too. It was hard to let go of since this place had so many special memories. The property was in a rural area. They got it listed super fast with gorgeous professional photos. It was only on the market for a little over a week before we got a full price offer. They kept us informed of every showing, and there was a lot of them as well as several offers. They communicated well with us through each step of the process, keeping us informed of what was going on. The buyers were a perfect fit for our parents home, which made it so much easier to let go of the property.They knew this was a special place and they had us (Me & my Sisters) a gorgeous canvas photo book made of the home and all of the photos in the listing. Amy and David were our agents in the selling of our deceased parents home . Since this was inherited property , there were 3 children involved in the selling of the home . I am sure this made it more difficulty for Amy , but she kept all 3 of use very well informed of things concerning bids and information for closing . She was readily available when we had questions and promptly got back with us on any concerns we had . Selling our parents home was not any easy thing to do and it was a very emotional time for us. She was very compassionate during this time and even had a book made with pictures of our parents home that she [resented to each of at the closing . I was very impressed with her expertise in real estate and would not hesitate to use her again . David and Amy make a good team . I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property .

Amy is a horrible agent that will not work for you. She will basically just be a messenger that is just there to collect an easy check from the sale. She doesnt work on Sundays even if youre closing that week and need things done. She will not follow up on any repairs that you ask for to be done before closing. She will give the usual realtor excuses for everything that you find wrong about the home. She will basically just be there to open the doors to see the house. She will come unprepared and wont have any information you need about the house. You will have to do all the research yourself. I bet she doesnt even know what a comp is. She is incompetent and is only looking to make money and not look after you. If you dont believe me then have her show you a home. You will see that everything I say is true. I could keep going about how bad of an agent she is but this review would be TOO long.
