We cannot recommend Amy highly enough!! My husband and I were moving to Charlotte from out of state and so we were only in town for a few days to find a house. Amy made that process so much easier, she talked with us before our trip to get a really good feel of what we were looking for and did a great job scheduling a lot of properties for us to view while we were in town. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods we were interested in seeing and about the Charlotte market. We ended up going under contract at the very beginning of March and then closing beginning of April (so right when the pandemic was hitting), and she was so helpful during that process. We felt very confident having her do the walkthrough, etc for us since we were out of state, she has great attention to detail and caught several things that the seller still needed to fix and she made sure it was all done right. Even after we closed she went above and beyond for us, checking on the house occasionally until we were able to move down to Charlotte and meeting a few vendors at the property for installs/measurements, etc. This was our second home buying experience, and both my husband and I agree that having an amazing realtor like Amy makes a complete difference in the process!!

A quick background. My brother passed away July 2019. Before and after he passed I was driving 7 hours round trip about twice a week which was emotionally and physically taxing. Afterwards I met Amy and trusted her to sell my brother's house. Amy told me she would take care of everything so I didn't need to come back. Basically the house needed to be gutted including new flooring, appliances, paint, new A/C, even landscaping. Amy did all the coordinating and the finish product was top notch.
