3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with investors purchasing short term rentals, 1031 exchange clients, families looking to upsize, relocation clients, both buyers and sellers.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Decluttering is the best form of home staging...and it's free! Pack up anything you don't need to make your home look clean and fresh. Resist the temptation to price high and "see what happens." It's always better to price just under market value to attract more buyers, and ultimately, more offers.
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't rush into things. Get all your ducks in a row before beginning your search, so you're ready to make an offer when you find the perfect home. In this market, you have to act quickly and put in your best offer, or risk losing the house.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started as an investor. I began flipping homes in my 20's, living in them as I fixed them up. Then, it progressed into purchasing a short-term rental investment property. Over the years, it just made sense to obtain my real estate license and help others build wealth through my own experience in real estate investing.
