ZillowVERIFIEDShe sold a house I had in Coos Bay. Just to valid this review, I have some experience with Real Estate. My best friend was a realtor in Lincoln City and I have sold 3 rentals. (retiring). My suggestion is choose Amy. She set a good selling price. High, but reasonable. She knows the area and values. She was responsive to my questions and doubts in timely manner. She did a quick good job of publicity and promoting it. Even ordered and handled some prep work that she saw it needed. Knows her market. Negotiated final closing with a lot of skill. Amy is not your average Realtor.She works hard at it, she understands making a deal work. I call her 'The Tiger of Real Estate.' She is a very good Realtor. Period.
