I recently tried working with Amirah to rent a home that she had managed. First it took her a week to even reply to my inquiry - Not a great response time if youre an owner hoping to have your home rented quickly and given priority, so beware of this alone. After submitting a comprehensive application including background checks, credit reports, tax returns, etc., Amirah insisted this was not enough (despite clearly showing that Im a qualified candidate). She requested that I complete a second, tedious, repetitive paper application. I refused to do so, and the home remains vacant.
