2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Start decluttering and cleaning! You have to
“depersonalize” the home as much as possible
so potential buyers can envision themselves
living there. Decluttering also makes it easier for
you and your family to move out.
Give the home a thorough cleaning inside and
out. Pay attention to details on aesthetic parts of
the home such as carpets, windows, walls,
appliances, and yards.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Relocation, Buyers, Seller, Rentals, Property Management. New construction, Short sale, etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Someone referred me to a home seller who had 7 days to vacate property after their property was sold. it was hot market with multiple offers and very low inventory. She contact me and was very worried and stressed out. I assured her that she is going to be fine and i will make sure I can help her find a nice property for her which I did and even moved in before closing day and closed a week later.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was stay home mom and on my free time I used to read books. I came across a book about real estate investment. My parent had investment properties back home and I taught about getting my Real estate license. I also, love helping people with anything that I Know I can and real estate is one of them.
