Amie and her assistant, Rob, showed us six houses over a VERY snowy weekend. They were super patient with all of our questions and didn't didn't mind that our two children (7 and 9) tagged along. We ended up in a multiple offer situation, and Amie totally had our backs through the whole negotiation process. She gently guided us without being at all pushy, and our offer was accepted (even though it was lower than the other one)!! First thing, she had a restaging expert recommend changes, which was a very important component of the sale. Amie did lots of internet marketing for us too. She was immediately responsive to our questions and needs, interacting with us as if we were her only client--which of course, we weren't. She went out of her way to provide solutions when potential problems arose, and showed exceptional negotiating skills. The entire escrow process was handled smoothly and efficiently.
