ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we first were trying to move to Pittsburgh, Amie actually helped us to find an apartment. No other realtors had time for that, but Amie met up with us at apartments that were each great options, and we found that worked for us for three years. After those three years, we sorely wanted to buy a house, despite the crazy market. Amie smoothly picked up from where we left off, seeing different options over the course of months, offering her honest opinion and not pressuring us into choosing something we werent completely happy with. We even made offers and pulled out for various reasons like three or four times. Something wasnt quite right and this was a massive decision. But then we found our home. And such a perfect home it was. Amie helped us through the process, and had great recommendations handy for lenders, inspection services, and other needed companies. She did her best to answer all of our questions, in spite of the sellers realtor being quite unresponsive, and made sure we had all we needed for our closing. And after the closing, when we moved in, she was still checking in on us and helping address any concerns that arose, like an unexpected water bill and a confused insurance company. Amie is definitely a great choice for a realtor. Shes got solid expertise, and, more importantly, shes extremely reliable and works her butt off. Huge thumbs up.
