Amber was great from the start. She hired a professional photographer who took photos that complimented our condo, and immediately placed our property on the Multiple Listings. She advised us after a short time that the asking price might not be coming up in the buyer's search and after lowering our price by a few thousand dollars, we had much activity and finally an offer. Amber always responded quickly to calls, emails, or texts, even when she was away or on vacation. Although we were 1500 miles from our property, we knew it was in good hands.
