We spent over a year looking at homes before finding the house we wanted and Amber was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient with us and never intrusive. Joelle had reached out to me through a facebook page where I posted stating we were going to begin house hunting in Melrose, MA as a first time home buyer. From our first interaction, Joelle was trying to help, with no strings attached. I felt I could trust her right from the beginning, and from our first zoom meeting, my husband and I felt we'd made a great choice. Joelle was pleasant and fun to tour homes with, was very knowledgeable about the area we were house hunting in, and is very knowledgeable about homes- things like circuit breakers, retaining walls, and many things my husband and I were not well informed about as first time home buyers. She would often point out negatives in homes that we never would've recognized being new to the process. She was responsive day and night, and no matter how ridiculous the question, she was patient with us and supported us through a stressful process. Joelle has a lot of strategies that she recommends her clients to use when making an offer on a house, and with following everything she recommended, our offer was accepted on the first house we offered on. The ONE snafu we ran into in the whole process was with our mortgage company that we'd found on our own (instead of using one Joelle recommended). If I could advise anyone interested in buying a home in Joelle's area of expertise, use her recommended staff to assist with the process. Joelle is truly an expert in her field, a trustworthy and kind person, and I could not recommend her more highly. If you trust and do as she advises, you'll get the home of your dreams.
