When I first contacted Amber, I was only looking for more information about the home-buying process. Buying a house seemed so overwhelming, and I needed someone who could answer my many questions. Amber connected me with a lender who was able to work with my unique situation. Amber turned my dream into a reality! I was ecstatic when I received the news that my loan was approved. I could not have thanked Amber enough for sticking with me during this process. I appreciated her patience dealing with my ups and downs. After the closing date, Amber made herself available to answer any questions. As a first-time homebuyer, it was refreshing. Thank you, Amber! I appreciate your hard work and dedication. Amber has been very helpful with buying my very first home!!! She was very responsive and very quick to respond. She took care of anything that needed taken care of throughout the process. She was there for any question I had (Even made Tik Toks to make sure I understood everything in details, go check her tik toks out). She made sure I got the best deal. I called her up and asked her to come look at this house and she dropped what she was doing and came to look at it with me (even when it was 40 minutes away). I just wanted to thank Amber Ortega with all my heart. This woman worked so hard to help me find a home with my picky taste. She always had suggestions and good advice for me.
