1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with an experienced local Buyers Agent. Get pre-approved for a home loan from a lender, this will allow you to choose a home that is in your price range. Then start putting together your wants and needs in home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Work with an experienced local Listing Agent. It's very import that you get a CMA (comparative market report) on your home. This will help with pricing your home correctly. Always review the listing agreement terms.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with Sellers, Buyers, Probate Sales, Ranchettes Sales, Ranches Luxury Homes Sales and Trust Sales. While working with Buyers I have worked with Local Homebuyers, Relocation Homebuyers, First Time Buyers, Down Payment Assistance Buyers and Investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I assisted first-time home buyers in purchasing their dream home. The buyers had high expectations but a tight budget, so Amber worked with them to determine their most important criteria. They wanted a home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, over 1400 sqft of living space, a swimming pool, and a large fenced yard. Despite the tight budget, Amber was able to tour homes that met those criteria and, after just a few days, they found the perfect one. Amber then used her negotiation skills to get a seller credit for the buyers, and their offer was accepted. It was a wonderful day to celebrate with the first-time home buyers.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I studied for the California Real Estate License, and became a licensed California Realtor in 2009. I had always been involved in real estate with my families investing in single family residences throughout California. So, I decided its time for me to charge and retain my license to buy and sell real estate for myself.
