    Amber did a great job helping with the inspection, getting things scheduled when they were needed and kept things moving forward as quickly as possible. It is difficult to purchase a home 150 miles away and be able to stay on top of all that is needed.     Amber got our property sold in less than 30 days for $8,000 over asking. Secured us very favorable terms as far as earnest money and contingency terms go when selling a raw piece of land. Extremely friendly and professional on the phone and over text. Prompt and responsive to any and all inquiries. A solid agent I would recommend to anyone.

    Amber was a joy to work with in the home buying process! We decided to drive to Woodland Park to look at houses on a whim, and Amber was able to meet with us within an hour of us calling her, then showed us around 3 different properties that same day. We ended up deciding to buy a home in Colorado Springs and were on a deadline for submitting our offer plus competing with several other offers after an open house, but Amber made sure to submit our offer in time and help us through the negotiations -- and we got it!!
