Unknowledgeable. Unprofessional. Unaccountable and worse, unapologetic. We just closed on our first home with Kaila as our agent but were not informed until the day of our closing, after shed given us the keys and door code to our new home that she was also the sellers agents assistant. Unethical, to say the least. We were kicked out hrs later because she hadnt bothered to prepare a 27a-t until her boss, Amber, who happened to be the sellers agent (who was also on vacation the day of our closing. We found out our agent was her assistant due to her out of office response) told her theyd called the cops on us for being in our own home. She then blamed not telling us we needed to wait until the deed was recorded to be here (our wire was initiated at 11am but being the last day of the month, didnt clear until 5:08, after the ROD was closed) on us because she assumed aEURoeit wouldnt go over well.aEUR? As if traveling through the night to get to a closing (where my husband could spend only one night until next month) only to have the police come to our new home on the first night was better. When confronted she cried, said aEURoethis is a nightmare,aEUR? as if being in a new state with your 14 month old and dealing with this wasnt and proceeded to complain about her loss of $1k commission when negotiating for us. There were numerous of other avoidable issues we had to deal with because of her and are happy to share details and proof if youre considering her or aEURoethe A Team.aEUR?
