Amber not only helped us purchased and close on our new home but is helping us sell our current home as well (just listed day before we closed). Amber is extremely responsive at any time of the day or evening and all weekend long. Whatever question we had or whatever need we have had, Amber has been on it quickly. In addition, Amber has vast relationship network at the lake and whenever we have asked for references for one type of service or another she has either provided the contact or actually arranged the service on our behalf. Amber is friendly and outgoing and has met all of our kids at this point as they have all come down to the lake at different times and we have asked repeatedly to to have the kids see different properties then to see the property we ultimately just bought. It was never a bother for her and she was always there exactly when she said she would be. She has always taken the time for our family when we have asked. The process from negotiation, to acceptance of the contract, to inspection and to ultimately closing couldn't have been much easier. We closed on this house in three weeks and could have closed sooner if the seller hadn't requested a little extra time to get to their new residence (this included inspection and some requested repairs we asked for from the inspection). Amber was referred to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier. We would gladly refer Amber to any family looking to buy or sell. Many thanks to Amber!!!
