It was never a bother for her and she was always there exactly when she said she would be. She has always taken the time for our family when we have asked. The process from negotiation, to acceptance of the contract, to inspection and to ultimately closing couldn't have been much easier. We closed on this house in three weeks and could have closed sooner if the seller hadn't requested a little extra time to get to their new residence (this included inspection and some requested repairs we asked for from the inspection).
