We also would not have considered living in little elm. Taylor educated my husband and I and prepared us for what to expect. She made this a great experience despite the challenges with the market. Because of the relationship she built with the builder and sales agent, we were able to get more incentives that helped with closing and at the design center. When deciding on my move to Dallas I received a recommendation for a realtor from one of my best friends to consider Amber. Amber was super helpful in helping me secure a rental property in the Lower Greenville area. I didn't know much about Dallas, but this area proved to be exactly the right location for our initial move with access to shopping and restaurants; we loved everything about it! Almost one year later I decided to start my home search, not really knowing what to expect but mentally just was "window shopping". Well I only looked at a few homes before I found the one. Once I let Amber know that that was the house, she got to work with lining things up. My situation was challenging in that I had a strict time frame in which I was trying to close because I would be leaving town for an extended vacation. Amber was a big help in securing a title company that worked around that time frame and made special accommodations for me outside of normal business hours which I greatly appreciated. She fought for repairs that were needed based on our inspection report. She really had our best interest at heart. Amber is a great realtor and her down to earth personality makes it really comfortable to work with her. I will continue to refer friends and family to her for their future needs. Additionally, I would utilize her services again for any future purchases that may arise!

I was in the market to find a home quickly and I found Amber on IG. I immediately felt comfortable with the level of knowledge about the home buying process that she was sharing. I'm so glad I contacted her! Shes is honest, transparent, and will keep you focused in your home selection choices. She even rescued me from my initial loan officer who became unresponsive to my calls and emails. She introduced me to a loan officer who she trusted. Moving my financing was the best decision that I made. My experience went from knowing nothing about my loan to knowing about everything that was happening. We found my home on 12/27/20 and put an offer in the same evening. After the offer was accepted she provided me with a list of inspectors who she trusted to get the job done (b/c I didnt know one). I chose the inspector and he was out inspecting the house within a day! I closed on 1/28/21! She made the process easy and was there every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her! She would say she just doing her job but Amber is a sweetheart and I left the experience knowing I have a forever realtor friend. She is passionate about her business and she truly cares about every step of her clients home buying experience.
