Amber did a very excellent job presenting the information I needed to quickly and efficiently find the apartment I was looking for. I gave her the specifics I was looking for and an email packet came back to me with all the apartments fitting my criteria. The layout of the information in the email in some sections was ok, at first it was a little confusing but certainly did the trick. It was a big time saver to have all of the apartment information right in one place, on one list, instead of going to numerous websites and hunting down the various pieces of information you need. I did really like the map view of the individual apartment locations or the choice of a map of all of the apartments. This feature made it very easy to see the big picture and allowed me to devise an ordered list of apartments to visit instead of visiting one on the east side and driving all the way across town to the west side. This feature alone is a life saver if you are trying to look at several options in a short period of time. Her customer service was great. She responded quickly to any communication I sent her and the positive attitude helped keep me positive that this seemingly mountainous task was going to get easier with her help. She was knowledgeable about the areas that I was looking into and gave some good insight to help make my decision. She helped me with questions that I should be asking leasing agents and things to look for during my apartment search. The only thing I would have like to seen changed is the apartment packet presentation. Some of the information on there was a little confusing, and a couple of times the office hours and contact numbers were wrong. The information sometimes listed an apartment as having a feature like full size washer/dryer hookups when it may have only been offered in a certain size or select few apartments or (normally the case) that it did have hookups but only for the small stack-able or the washier/dryer were included with the unit. I was ok with this because now you are getting into almost too many details and the chances of an apartment getting incorrectly filtered out increases. The hours portion would be hard to keep track of because the locations that were wrong all had signs saying that there hours had (seasonal or otherwise) changed. Overall it still was extremely helpful and saved an immense amount of time.Overall Amber and her services were excellent. She was very prompt, positive and upbeat, meaning she actually enjoys her job and treated me like a new challenge she couldn't wait to solve and help out. I have already recommended her to others and would gladly utilize her services again.
