Your first step is a preapproval. I highly recommend talking to your agent about what lenders will fit your needs and wants first. We work with lenders daily and know which ones to stay away from, and which ones have the best rates and closing costs as well as program options that will best suit your needs.

If you want to sell your house for top dollar and have a good experience selling your home don't over think paying your realtor a fair commission. Too often sellers are so worried about how much the agent is getting paid they don't think about what the agent is actually going to do for them. If an agent tells you they will do the same job for less than another agent you should be concerned that they are willing to negotiate their own income, what is going to stop them from negotiating your sale price lower to get sold quicker?

I work with buyers and sellers. I have worked with people who have listed their homes with other agents and were not satisfied, clients who have tried to sell on their own (For Sale By Owner) and investors of all sorts.

I learn more and more with each transaction. I particularly fond of all of them. I enjoy the experience of meeting families and learning about their lives and how I fit into them. I feel as though I am making a difference in each one of their lives. From a single mom raising 2 kids on her own that has worked so hard to finally buy a home of her own, to well known star who buys a home for his mother as a gift and a thank you for being such a great mother to him, to the family of 2 who are looking for a place to start a family together. No matter what their purpose is I am here to help and find it to be a very rewarding experience for all of us.

I began my career in Real Estate because I purchased a home and realized how difficult it is to find an honest agent who cares about my wants and needs as a mother and a wife. I never lived in a home before, my parents always rented. I feel that everyone should get the opportunity to own a home and I have lenders who help make that happen for clients who need credit repair. I love a good challenge and love to see my clients happy at the end of the process of selling or buying a home. Owning a home is the American Dream and my purpose is to make it happen!

I have training and experience in sales negotiation, I keep up with the constantly changing trends in the market as well as legal documents required in a sales transaction. I am very familiar with the central Ohio and surrounding areas. I take continuing education classes once a month as well.
