Amanda was amazing throughout the process of selling and buying our homes. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. We had a very challenging situation with the building of our new home and Amanda was there for us every step of the way. She handled the communication with the builders/agents and took care of issues that should have been handled by the builder. I have never experienced such dedication and commitment from previous agents I've worked with in the past. She truly cares and takes her job very seriously. She took the time to get to know us and understand what our needs are. She wasn't afraid to give her opinion which I greatly appreciated. She went so above and beyond what would be considered her role in this process, and for that we are so grateful. To give you just a few examples, at our closing she provided us with all of the products needed to seal our grout and tile, sponges, cloths, etc. She came to all of our meetings with the contractors, design center and walk throughs. She even went to the inspection for us when we couldn't get off of work. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, she should be the only person you call, and I sincerely mean that!
