After our introductory meeting with Amanda we outlined our preferred location for our new home, after we sent Amanda a list of homes that we had interest in, Amanda quickly set-up a visiting schedule for the following two weekends for both New construction and other homes currently on market. Amanda certainly knew the market and was very knowledgable on both the Pros and Cons of New construction against older homes on market, she also had good knowledge of the specific local areas we viewed, we eventually chose a New construction. During the initial meeting with Builder Amanda asked many questions on our new home, this continued on our purchase day with through to the pre construction meeting, our house was delayed a few months but during this time Amanda reached out to the Builder on a weekly basis for updates. Amanda was there for the pre Drywall meeting and also the pre Walk-Thru and was very attentive to small snags that had to be addressed, she was there for the final walk thru before closing, and on Closing Day too. Amanda was great throughout the whole process, and was there to provide a great deal of support to first time buyers in Maryland, she was very responsive to our emails and very punctual when we had planned meetings or Walk-Thrus.

Amanda is the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive, patient, accommodating, and did everything possible to help us find the right home for our family. With Amanda?s guidance and representation, we quickly listed our home and had an above-asking contract within a few days.
