I could not have asked for a better agent! The little place she helped me buy was in great shape - but like any home - came with a few surprises on inspection and appraisal. However, she went the extra mile to find a handy-person to fix a door and worked with the seller and me to address all issues -- all prior to closing. She was knowledgeable of the market, exceptionally great with assisting me to do the transaction from out of state, and forwarded me historical documents (termite warranty and roof warranty) that technically I don't think she had to provide; she just wanted me to have them. I absolutely loved Amanda's positive attitude and willingness to get us both to closing. I was attempt #5 to sell this property due to a variety of crazy things, but you would have never known it from Amanda. It was like I was her very own customer from the start - and I am very grateful for all of her help!!! She is now my forever real estate agent in Florida!
