At that time we were not seriously house shopping but just getting ideas of what we wanted. Over the next few months, Amanda sent a weekly informational email of houses we might like which matched the criteria we had briefly discussed with her at that open house. In April 2020, we decided to begin our home search in earnest and decided to call Mandy to show us some homes. On that first meeting, Mandy remembered the details we had told her at that open house (how many kids we had, type of work we did, what we were looking for, what brought us to town etc.) I was really impressed by her attention to detail and desire to know us and capture what we desired in a home. That first meeting began what became an 8 month home search in a hot sellers market. Mandy knows the market and was able to provide solid advice and guidance on things we needed to think about for such an important investment. We looked at many homes to find the one. And never once did I feel that Mandy was growing impatient or pushing us just to buy something to close a sale. She is kind and personable while also being assertive and direct to get the best for her clients. In the end, she used strategy to get us an amazing deal on a home in a great area that checked every box on our list. I loved working with her and now consider her a friend.
