At that time we were not seriously house shopping but just getting ideas of what we wanted. Over the next few months, Amanda sent a weekly informational email of houses we might like which matched the criteria we had briefly discussed with her at that open house. We closed on our dream house TODAY thanks in large part to Amanda and her hard work. We are making a cross country move to Redding from Texas in the middle of Covid 19, which as you can imagine is very complex and stressful. Amanda has been a bright spot in the process. Amanda showed us a home and since that time she was by our side every step of the way until we moved into our new home. We did not choose Amanda as our realtor, she chose us as clients, and we are so very happy she took that initiative and was adamant to find us the perfect home.
