ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda says shes transparent. We were honest with her throughout the whole process. I had put down my prior landlords information that I had from 2 years ago and his number had changed. I let Amanda know I was on my way to his house to get his updated number. Also when she looked up his rental property she said she couldnt find it. I found it instantly online myself and told her that it was under his wives name first then his. She didnt care what I had to say. She is very slow at getting back with you and she also doesnt follow through anything she says. We had a very horrible experience with her. In my opinion I wouldnt use her as a realtor or as a property manager. Communication and trust is key. Also if youre going to rent property and going to check credit you should put under information that you are looking for a certain credit score. It would save everyone time and energy.
