We contacted Amanda a couple months before we were visiting Fort Myers (from Missouri) to potentially look for & buy a condo or townhouse. So, she knew what we were looking for, & showed us several before we found "the one!" that was perfect for us. Then the negotiating & transaction piece started long distance, & she was there for us every step of the way! This included many phone calls & texts on her own time in the evenings & weekends. If she wouldn't have been so knowledgeable, helpful & kind, I'm not sure if it would have happened. We didn't feel like just "another client".
