She is so knowledgeable about Cape Cod, very responsive to emails & texts, and managed this sale of our home like a pro! We had a quick offer but getting to closing was a huge challenge since we needed to replace the septic system to meet Title V requirements. There were many challenges with contractors & getting things done with the Town during a pandemic! Amanda made this closing happen. If it wasnt for her persistence and constant communication with all parties involved, I truly wonder if wed still be waiting to close on the sale of our home. We highly recommend her!!
