Amanda was fantastic!! Helpful, personable, friendly, honest and very patient!! I recommend her unconditionally!! She understood what we wanted and how much we had to spend so never tried to talk us into looking at a house that wasn?t appropriate. Since we lived 2 hours away from Burlington, it was difficult to find a day to look at houses but she was always available to show us even when I am sure it was not convenient. She?s the best!

Amanda was enthusiastic in working with us from the beginning. She was mindful of our schedules with work, and worked with sellers and their agents to ensure that we could get in for showings at times that worked for us. After our inspection we had a lot of red flags pop up with our house, and Amanda continued to show up day after day to meet contractors and plumbers and electricians to make sure we got our quotes in time to negotiate our contract while we were able to continue working. We are so thankful that we had Amanda with us throughout our house buying experience, and would gladly recommend her!
