Amanda is absolutely incredible at what she does. We were referred to her by a mutual friend. My wife and I were first-time home buyers, so we had no idea what to expect in a realtor, nor how lucky we could get. The market was hot when we were buying, with homes being snagged almost as soon as they were listed. If we wanted to put in an offer, Amanda was there, she was dedicated, and she was sure that we'd get a solid offer on the table as soon as possible. We were working with a tight budget and a VA loan, so the cards were somewhat stacked against us, but not once did Amanda try to disuade us from taking our shot. We weren't shy to hold back offers on houses that we weren't interested in, but we started to lose hope after we lost two offers by VERY narrow margins. The third house that we put an offer in on, the homeowners were reviewing offers as they came in, and we lost the bid to an all-cash offer at the last second. We were crushed, but Amanda was extremely supportive and empathetic, and she assured us that the right home would come along soon (and she wasn't wrong). Two-or-so days went by, and Amanda informed us that the all-cash offer fell through, and we needed to get into the back-up position. We had seen the business side of Amanda, as well as the endearing, personal side, but this is when she kicked things into high-gear. There were a couple of hours where the homeowners were making their decision as to whether or not to call off their initial decision, and we were an absolute wreck waiting to find out. The whole time, Amanda gave us play-by-play updates and assured us that she was working her hardest to pull us through. I'm writing this review sitting on my couch in the house that my wife and I fell in love with. We couldn't have pulled this off without Amanda-- literally, but more importantly, mentally and emotionally. "Supportive" is an understatement. Amanda is fully invested in your experience, and she'll stick with you through the highs and the lows, and even after you're sitting on your couch in your new home. Thank you, Amanda!

Amanda was great through the whole process! We sold and bought at the same time which was a very stressful endeavor but she made it as simple and clean as possible and was very communicative.
