Not only did she take care of my home and do 3 finishing touches to meet FHA, dealt with an appraiser, let say no good, and the other realtor, who didn't communicate with her. She also replaced a tv and vacuum that was damaged by people working in the house. Amanda also sat on the side of the road with us for 2.5 hrs waiting for a tow truck THEN drove us to Wenatchee. Amanda is no longer my realtor but my friend. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amanda to handle a purchase or sell of my home again.
