Amanda is a resident of Marshville, and a graduate of Georgia Southern University. She holds an undergraduate degree as well as a masters degree in Counseling.

Amanda fell in love with real estate when she was a property manager for a student housing company based out of Austin, Texas. During her tenure, she traveled to struggling properties to implement SWOT plans and realign property occupancy for positive NOI.
