When you find that just listed property that you really need to see in person, she's on it and there with you for the first showing you can get. If you're looking in the Portage area, Amanda is super plugged in and knows about the houses even before they list, which is amazing if you want to see a place before the wolves are unleashed. I actually was so overwhelmed by 1st time home ownership that I took a year and a half off the search. Amanda has represented my husband and I for the sale of one house and for two different home purchases.
